Growing up the son of a plumbing contractor and working alongside his father in Hutchinson, Kansas, Tim Holt learned early the importance of going that “Extra Mile” to provide the customer with quality and value for their hard earned dollars.

Tim is no stranger to hard work and long hours. In junior college, he ran a roofing crew and built basements to pay for his education. After graduating from Hutchinson Community College, he supervised a foundation crew during the day and attended Wichita State University in the evenings to complete his four-year degree. In 1973, after graduating from WSU, Tim gave up the foundation business to go into real estate sales. He is now the Owner/Broker for GOLDEN REALTORS. He holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designations.

When Tim’s not selling homes or supervising agents, you’re likely to find him horseback as a volunteer at Old Cowtown Museum, or at his Flying H ranch tending to his herd of Texas Longhorns. One thing’s for sure, his faithful sidekick, Scout, a Border Collie, will be at his side.
